The student loan company sucks. Really really sucks.

Apparently I havn't requested any loan this year as so won't be recieving any money.

I havn't  been able to get them on the phone for over 2 hours.

They also  hav really crappy hold music, you'd think they'd be able to stick with one genre for at least 10 minutes.

I really need this money.

ETA - Apparently the money has been transferrd over ready for payment, there just isn't a payment schedule. Now I have to wait for them to speak to their manager and get called back 'sometime this afternoon'. Great. Not that it matters, I have to wait around all day for the NTL guy, really what kinda time frame is between 12 and 6!
